These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the phbing platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account-related functions available at phbing.vip. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using phbing.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of phbing and close your account. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player" or "User") and phbing ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 By completing the phbing registration process, you represent that you have read this Agreement and all referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy) and that you agree to comply with their provisions unconditionally.
2.2 Continued use of the phbing platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
2.3 If you are accessing phbing on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have full authority to bind that individual to this Agreement, though phbing notes that account sharing is prohibited as set out in Section 4.
2.4 These Terms apply to all interactions with phbing including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonus redemption, customer support communications, and any other use of the platform's features.
Age Restriction: Registration and real-money gaming on phbing is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform. This requirement is established by applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with phbing, you must meet all of the following conditions simultaneously:

3.3 Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility is a material breach of this Agreement. phbing will report confirmed instances of underage gambling to the relevant authorities and will not return any funds deposited by ineligible individuals.
4.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on phbing. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. phbing reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate registrations.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. phbing is not responsible for errors or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbing login credentials. You agree to notify phbing immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. phbing will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
4.4 Account Sharing. Allowing any third party to access or operate your phbing Account is prohibited. Winnings generated from shared Account use may be voided, and the Account may be permanently suspended.
4.5 KYC Verification. All Accounts are required to complete PAGCOR-mandated KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. phbing may request additional verification documents at any time, including government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

5.2 Deposit Processing. All deposits are credited to your phbing Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. phbing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To process a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) request withdrawal to a payment method registered in your own name; and (d) comply with any applicable withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. phbing reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where suspicious activity has been flagged. Processing may be delayed pending verification completion.
5.5 Currency. The phbing platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are charged by your payment provider and are not controlled by phbing.
5.6 Inactive Account Fees. An account shall be deemed dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. phbing reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
6.1 Bonus Terms Application. All bonus offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives issued by phbing are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement is specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. phbing reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are generally available to verified accounts in good standing. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion may be excluded from promotional offers.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of all associated bonus winnings and permanent account suspension:
6.5 Modification and Cancellation. phbing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer will not be retroactively deprived of any benefit accrued prior to a modification, except where bonus abuse is confirmed.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phbing is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. phbing accepts no responsibility for losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on phbing use software certified by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be manipulated by the Platform or by Players.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, phbing reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Payouts generated during a confirmed malfunction may be withheld. phbing's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets offered through phbing are subject to additional sports-specific rules governing settlement, void conditions, and dispute resolution. Odds are subject to change without notice. Bets placed at displayed odds are confirmed at those odds at the time of placement, subject to the applicable market rules.
7.5 Palpable Errors. phbing reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet or game result that is clearly the result of a palpable error, including but not limited to incorrectly quoted odds, software errors, or human error. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phbing and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
8.2 phbing cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally. Any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the User.
9.1 phbing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
9.2 Voluntary Closure. Players may close their phbing Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
9.3 Post-Suspension Funds. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated Balance will be held in trust. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the full Balance will be returned to the Player. If a breach is confirmed, phbing may apply appropriate remedies including partial or full forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law.

11.1 All content on the phbing platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, audio elements, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, text, and the phbing brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of phbing or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 No part of the phbing platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of phbing, except as permitted by law or by the terms of any applicable content license agreement.
11.3 The phbing name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks in any form is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
12.1 Platform Availability. phbing provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phbing endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 Gaming Outcomes. All gaming outcomes on phbing are determined by certified RNG software or live dealer processes. phbing makes no warranties regarding the financial results of any Player's gaming activity. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss.
12.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbing shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or business opportunity; (c) losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (d) damages arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
12.4 Maximum Liability. Where phbing is found liable to a Player under any cause of action, phbing's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose or ₱10,000 Philippine Pesos, whichever is greater.
13.1 phbing collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 phbing implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Player personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
13.3 Player data may be shared with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and KYC/AML compliance service providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

14.1 phbing reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be published at phbing.vip/terms-conditions and will indicate the date of last revision.
14.2 For material amendments, phbing will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The minimum notice period for material changes is seven (7) days, except where immediate amendments are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.3 Continued use of the phbing platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and phbing arising from these Terms or platform use, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phbing's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.
15.3 Escalation. If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players also retain the right to submit gaming-related complaints to PAGCOR's player protection channels where the dispute relates to a PAGCOR-regulated gaming activity.
